I'm very fair-skinned; cool toned. I have dark blue/gray eyes. I'm also rockin' the platinum blonde hair.

I am very fair skinned as well and find that light pinks or any thing that looks natural works best. Also try something that makes you look and feel good. Lip gloss is just something to make your lips look shiny.
