I feel boring, because I always leave my hair down, and I never really play up my makeup, so I was wondering if ya'll had any suggestions for me!? I have high cheekbones, big, puty lips, (not huge but bigger than almost all of my friends,) big really dark blue/gray almost green eyes, and thick eyebrows. I don't have a high forehead, and my hair is brown, and it's past my shoulders, and I just started parting it on the left, and everyone thinks it looks good. I'm really pale! So, and suggestions for colors, make-up tips, and ways to do my hair?? Thanks so much!

Invest in some blue eyeliner and maybe some blue mascara too. A really nice look for winter that would work lovely with your eyes would be to put a light amount of blue liner on the bottom and top lids, sticking to the line of your eyelashes, and then coat the lashes in some blue eyeliner. It's not over the top but it's striking and slightly adventurous, giving you that little bit of edge.
To add some warmth and colour to your face try using a light bronzer on your cheeks.
Also, you mentioned you had thick eyebrows. Are they at all shaped? It's a common opinion that getting your eyebrows shaped to suit your face is like a mini facelift and can really change your overall appearance, so maybe you could put a little cash aside and get a nice wax/pluck done?

Wear lip gloss to draw attention to your lips. And probably some mascara. Your eyes sound like they pop on their own but, some shimmery brown shadow would make them pop even more. Also make sure you eyebrows are shapely. Thick eyebrows are great but, catepillars flatter no one. You could try braiding your hair at night and then wearing it wavy during the day or a messy bun.

hm. i say you should get some mascara, lipgloss, and some shimmery charcoal and brown eyeshadow. try a soft black or brown eyeliner and mascara. put the darker shade of brown on the lowest part of your lid, then go to maybe gold for the rest up to your brow bone. i recommend the victorias secret beauty rush. i have full lips also and it really makes them look nice.
to add some color to your cheeks, get a powder foundation with a tint in it such as the neutrogena sheer minerals. also try using some blush along your cheekbones.
as for your eyebrows, i would say you should go to a day spa or hair salon that a friend recommends, (some dont do a good job) to help with your eyebrows. they dont have to be super thin to look good.
you hair seems really pretty already, but try doing just one style instead of just down. maybe try to straighten it one day, or make it curly the next. get some good hair products to protect your hair if you are going to use heat. i use the john frieda collection.
good luck (:

I would suggest that you colour your hair, for starters. Highlights would be great (auburn would be nice to make your eyes, which sound lovely by the way, pop). I'm not sure about the hue of brown your hair is, but maybe a dark brown dye job keeping in mind those highlights I mentioned could help. I don't wear much makeup myself (I'm told I don't need it and I can't bother), so I wouldn't be confident giving you any, but I HAVE heard that smokey/warm grey eyeshadows look good with the eye-colour you've described. You could also look into plucking your eyebrows to give them an arch. That would go a long way in "enhancing" your look. I don't have any make-up tips to help how pale you are, but the right shade of blush could do wonders, but again, I don't wear it so I don't want to lead you down the wrong path. Maybe you could try some up-dos; your hair seems about the appropriate length to pull them off. The funky up-dos that people like Gwen Stefani rock. I'm guessing you're proud of your pouty lips, but you don't want them to stand out too much, so you could stick to pale pinks and toned-down red lip gloss. I know they're combining components of both lip stick and lip gloss now, so you've got the colour and the shine. Try covergirl. They're great for that stuff. Hope I helped.

For blue eyes, rosey pinks and browns will bring out the colour and are perfect autumn shades, combine with clear mascara for a natural look. Since you have strong brows, putting a light shade under the brow from about the middle of the brow to the outer edge (you can do this with body shimmer for a nightime look) will widen your eyes further, making the most of their size.
Eyeliner is a good idea for nightime looks, dark grey is more flattering then black and can be worn with black mascara and grey or midnight blue shadow.
Nude lip colours with a glossy/shiny finish look good on pale skin.
If you want to wear foundation, try for a light/sheer foundation (such as a mouse foundation) and blend well. You could also blend in light blusher or bronzer, but with naturally high cheekbones this may not be nessasary.
Most of all don't overdo the makeup because it is far more noticible on pale skin. Try out a few different looks and note down anything you like - always give yourself plenty of time, there is nothing worse then a rushed makeup job. Smile and be conident.
