Help with 80's songs?

I was wondering if you could help me. I've been trying to remember a song but ths bad thing is the only part i can kinda rember is a little clip from the music video. It had a guy and a girl and the guy wore glasses and his hair was standing up high and the girl wore gray they both played guitars and the start of the video they say 1,2,3,4 and then start playing. They are in a tore up place that looks like a bed room and then "bed" lights up when they step on it. Thats all I remember about it

I'm sorry I coudn't remember more. I've been racking my brain to rember this song for 2 weeks now and its making me crazy. If you could help in anway way I would be thankfull.
