You could lose approximately 20 lbs. The best way I have found is to eat your food plain, no junk like potato chips, candy, cake, pie, keep it simple. Eat lean steak, hamburger, fish and chicken (not fried unless you use only pan spray or 2 tsp olive oil per day). you can use catchup, soy sauce, fat free salad dressings, etc. Eat fresh and cooked vegetables and/or fruits, 6 servings a day (a serving is 1/2 cup) Do not drink soda except diet soda. Eat 2 servings a day of wholegrain bread (1 slice per serving) or rice or baked or boiled potato, no butter. You may use salt. You also need two servings a day of low fat milk (1% or 2% is fine) If you do this the rest of the summer you will be well on your way to looking hot. I have not seen a photo of you, but girls with any natural haircolor can look hot. Yours sounds very pretty already, but for some reason guys still seem to prefer blondes (shallow, but true). lol because guys would rather be attracted to cute pretty hot girls then rather fat ugly girls right? well i think first of all u need to lose some weight ur 5'3 and ur 134 lose about 30 pounds thats the first step really, guys tend to like small girls not as in heigh in body weight then u can start wearing tighter clothes to make u look more sexy, changing ur hair color sounds pretty good huh? well after that wear some jewelry, contacts like u already got and how about some aviator glasses well that woudln't be considered cute, but more of sexy/hotness, wear some tight jeans its all about the clothes ok. and if ur attitude isn't right fix it, care for the guys let them know that u care for them and u want to spend more time together, and this should pretty much get u all the hot sexy fine guys~
