I'm 21 and always been attracted to guys in suits. You know the professional white guys with really good hygiene, great body, and a gorgeous smile. I just never get their attention. I changed everything about myself, I lost weight now I'm a size 3, I got hair extentions, long black hair, and got a whole new wardrobe, I have a great body, average chest (34b) and a nice butt, and I have Green gray eyes, I look like a mix between hispanic and italian but I'm really egyptian I started working in NYC recently and I always get compliments but I just never have the guts to ask someone out, am I setting my standards too high?

You really sound desperate. Re-evaluate your likes and dislikes. It seems to me like you are trying way to hard to fit a mold, and you are setting yourself up for horrible disappointment. Just go out, have fun, and meet guys. Don't look at that ideal man of yours, just try to find someone who's compatible with your personality and that fits your physical requirements (doesn't HAVE to be perfect though). Too bad I'm not in NYC, cause I'd be willing to tap it.
