oooo cute t-shirt! i don't know how long your hair or what color/texture is so here are links below with some ideas. and i don't know you skin type so here something alot of girls do:

for make up wear eyeliner and mascara with silver or black eyeshadow not to much then it looks overdone.

some pink lip gloss. alittle cover up but only for certain blemishes(if you did it). alittle bronzer or blush

try to go for a natural yet Smokey eye look.

Do light spiral curls using a flat iron. And for you make up start with a dark brown closest to your eyelashes and fade it up into a shimmery tan. bottom eye liner only, and got from the outer corner to the middle, don't go all the way. follow with mascara. any blush that will match you skin tone....follow with a flirty lip gloss. TADA!

then curl your hair into loose waves and then take your bangs (if you have them) and flip them up into a little poof and secure it with a bobby pin.

for your makeup put on black mascara. Then line your bottom lid with black eyeliner and smudge. then apply a green liner (to match your shirt) on your top lid! if your not that adventurous, then just line your top lash with liquid eyeliner and do wing on the end.

Okay First off, Chill.

Wear that shirt? And maybe wear some leggings , just leggings! very in style. Make sure they aren't see through , Or wear Grey skinnys with that shirt.

About the makeup, Put on some foundation (light) and then some mascarra (black) some peachy eyeshadow , and then some and i only mean a little blush and some gloss. And your set,

Now your hair, Wear it down, Straighten it.. Then take a big barrel curling iron and put some random curls into it.

There ya go! Your all set.
