What color lowlights?

I have dark blue eyes with gray, purple,green and specks of yellow. I also have fair skin and a few freckles. I have wide eyes and long lashes. what color lowlights would go with dirt blond(slightly strawberry blond but not really) colored hair. My hair also goes lighter in summer and reverse in the winter. My eyes also change between gray, green, hazel, and blue depending on whatever I wear. But they are usually dark blue. what color do you think. or should I go with highlites

I would do a dark brown with no red tint to is, also a cool tone, a warm will blend right in.

Probably a few shades darker than your hair color. Also, your eyes don't have really anything to do with it, especially not the shape, nor your eye lashes. Just go to your hair stylist and talk to him/her about it. They will be able to suggest when they think will be best, after all that is their job.

Considering the fact that it is summer, highlights would be better. Save lowlights for fall/winter..possibly some subtle highlights too.

No one has "streaks" in their eyes. Specks..yes. I have yellow specks. Again, your eyes don't have too much to do with highlights/lowlights.

What color lowlights?

i think anything about 2 shades darker than ur natural haircolor...that would be best and it would look best if the lowlights are underneath ur hair...the hairdresser will have swatches that you can look at

What color lowlights?

Maybe an auburn or a chocolate brown?
