I had my share of Tomboys as a young man and a few higher maintenance ones... I prefer the Tomboy type... it's better to share interests then to try to figure out what your partner wants !! My wife is kind of a combo of both... she loves football as much as I do and she can look stunning for a night out on the town ! She also looks good without makeup and seldom wears it unless it's a special occasion !!!

My wife can sit around in sweats and yell at the TV when the team sucks as much I can..or she can dress up and be the hottest lady in the room. She can also make as many off colour comments as any guy can..

You make the "girly girl" sound like a devil.

"Girly girl" doesn't necessarily mean she wears a ton of makeup, spends forever on their hair, or hates sports... in this case, It's clear that you're the "tom boy".

I'm considered to be on the more "feminine" side by most- only because it's reflected in my style. It's about being classy, and sophisticated. I'm feminine, but I'm a debater. I thought society was past stereotyping. I'd rather be a part of an intellectual conversation than watch football. Is that such a crime?

Moreover, the only fair way to answer this question is IN a shade of gray. What do you think breeds hatred? Extremities. Nobody is 100% anything, and the world is most certainly NOT divided into black and white... so why try to make it? What makes us all interesting people is our ability to take part in different groups and exchange ideas with others. Nothing else really matters.

I prefer a girl who likes sports and can still be a lady at the same time. I don't like women who wear a lot of make-up. A little is fine, but if it takes you an hour to get ready to just go out someplace casual, then your not for me.
